1. All flash poster presentations need to be sent to musclenirs@gmail.com or uploaded to HERE by Monday the 2nd of September.

 

The flash posters should be one slide ONLY and no animation.

 

2. All printed posters should be (A0 portrait). You are required to print and bring your own printed poster.

 

3. All plenary and oral presentation talks need to be sent in advance by Monday the 9th of September 9 am UK time. Please email your presentation to musclenirs@gmail.com or alternatively upload to HERE

 

4. We would like to request that your presentation be put on ‘listen again’, our recording service. We will do this by default unless you request otherwise. We intend to upload the talks to the conference webpage as a resource for mNIRS users.

 

5. Please remember to stick to your allocated talk length and keep 5 minutes available for Q&A.
