We are pleased to invite abstract submissions for both poster and oral presentations at the upcoming mNIRS Conference.
Most submissions will be selected for the 'flash poster session' (2 minute presentation, 1 slide per speaker), immediately followed by a poster viewing session during the lunch break. A selection of abstract submissions will be given the option of a short oral presentation (10 minute)..

Abstract Submission Guidelines (last edited May 24):

Maximum length: 500 words.

Inclusion of figures, tables, and references is permitted.

The entire submission, including text, figures, tables, and references, must fit on a single page.

Font size: Minimum 11-point.

Submission format: PDF only.

Topics: Submissions should focus on any area within the field of muscle near-infrared spectroscopy (mNIRS).
Abstract Format:

One-page PDF summary, formatted as per the provided template.

Required Abstract Content:

Title: Bold, 14-point type, centered.
-
Authors and Affiliations: List all authors (12-point type, centered, first author bolded) along with affiliations and full addresses (11-point type, centered, italicized).

Presenting Author's Email: 11-point type, centered, italicized.

Set margins at 2.5 cm (Top, Left, Right) and 2 cm (Bottom).

Main Text: May include sections such as Introduction, Aim, Methods, Results, and Conclusion. Incorporation of one or two figures is allowed (proper permissions and attributions required for trademarked or copyrighted images), along with references, conflict of interest disclosures, and acknowledgements.

Font Embedding: All fonts should be embedded; use standard fonts to avoid issues. Non-English font packages (e.g., Japanese, Korean, Chinese) should be avoided in text, figures, and tables as characters in these fonts may not be visible to reviewers.
